Ace Program is designed for the prospective student-athlete (either freshman or sophomore) and their family that have the majority, if not all of the recruiting process ahead of them. You want to be educated and counseled the entire way! This is a year-long program that includes unlimited emails and weekly phone calls.
Eagle Program is designed for the prospective student-athlete (either sophomore or early junior) and their family that have done some research already, but wants continued guidance through most of the recruiting process. You want to make sure you stay on track! This is a six-month program that includes weekly emails and phone calls.
Birdie Program is designed for the prospective student-athlete (either junior or early senior) and their family that have done most of their own research, has a very good idea of their intended direction and seeks counseling through the remainder of the recruiting process. This is a three-month program that includes weekly phone calls.
19th Hole Program-Previous clients of Ace Program may purchase this support program for each successive year with Collegiate Search Partners which includes 25 hours of consulting.
Student-Athlete Development
• Assess current skill level and playing ability and make proper recommendations
• Develop seasonal practice plans and tournament preparation while balancing academics, social, and personal responsibilities
• Evaluate golf equipment and make suitable recommendations for fit and set makeup
• Recommend resources related to strength training and sport psychology
• Evaluate player’s course management skills and provide suggestions for improvement
• Discuss selection of swing/short game/putting coach (services do not include any form of instruction)
Competition
• Discuss and plan tournament schedule for the year
• Evaluate performance after each event
• Monitor progress through statistical analysis
• Educate student-athlete and parents on junior golf ranking systems (AJGA, Golfweek, and Junior Golf Scoreboard)

Recruiting Issues*
• Recruiting definitions and timelines, defining NCAA divisions
• Guidance in formulating academic and golf resumes and assisting with communication/marketing strategies with coaches/colleges and timelines for this action
• Advise student-athletes on how to produce a swing/short game/putting video for coaches
• Serve as a qualified reference for student-athletes candidacy
• Advise and counsel student-athletes in identifying potential “right fit” colleges and programs
• Discuss NCAA recruiting process, NLI signing plus dates and what it means to “commit,” unofficial and official visits, scholarship eligibility and how many available

• SAT/ACT National Testing information and 2010-11 dates
Transition Skills
• Discuss initial and follow-up communication skills
• Assess and create a positive self-image and attitude
• Assist client in establishing a well-balanced lifestyle

• Create realistic goals and expectations
- Educate client on what to expect from coaches and the college experience and how to properly prepare for life as a student-athlete, on and off the course
